Thank you Colin and company for a delightful evening. What a great way to spend a Friday night after a hectic week. I left the show feeling calm and joy.

Going into the show, I was thinking about the evening and that it would include two of my dance loves: site-specific work and the Shawl-Anderson Dance Center space in Berkeley. You continued to surprise me throughout the evening - where to look, which spaces you activated and where you drew our attention towards. Playful, creative. I appreciated your sense of "all of the possibilities."

The dancers were present, generous, and IN the space. I loved how you played with so many quirky spaces and angles within the building - both inside and out. The original composition for the work was a great layer and created a great flow for the evening.

So wonderful to see choreography in this space, which made just for this space. Specificity, craft, and care.

Thank you!

I never realized how much dancing could fit into a window frame until I saw the second act of Constants & Variables "Second Homes"
